About Me
I'm a designer working across Events, Television, Advertisements and Film.My passion is continuously learning how design can be utilized to improve our everyday livesMy joy is creating environments that can bring people togetherI have a B.A. from IADT in Production Design for Stage and Screen. I spent my first few years post-college working across the Art Department of the Irish Film and Television industry, and also crossing over into the event industry where I worked on many interactive family-friendly events.I had the wonderful experience of working as the programme manager for The Festival of Curiosity, a non-profit summer festival of Science, Technology, Art & Design. My work at the festival was focused on researching, planning, and delivering engaging events both in person and online. I worked with cultural institutions, venues, creatives, and science communicators to create new festival events which promoted positive association with science in our everyday lives.I am inspired by how designers around the world are using their skills to build a better world and this is something I try to be mindful of in my everyday work.
